JT Triandafilou

Jonathan Triandafilou (JT) has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, including purchasing, selling, leasing, acquisition, Land development, management and consulting.

After working in real estate land development for 15 years, specializing in affordable housing for the elderly, JT joined the Coakley Realty team and quickly became one of the firm’s top producers.

He is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland where he has lived for over 40 years and is an active member in the National and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCARR).

Matt Howell

Matt has a unique background as an investor. He started out flipping houses by himself. Frustrated by dealing with real estate professionals who lacked investor knowledge/experience, he decided to become a realtor and use his experiences as an investor to serve others.

Matt owns and operates short-term vacation rentals on Airbnb & long-term residential/commercial properties, and actively flips homes in the DMV.
